WRI is a company that manages the Polish chain of home and garden DIY hypermarkets. WRI operates its business in 10 locations. By mid-2021, it was in a nationwide chain of shops, and from July 2021 it began rebranding shops to its own brand. In order to meet the needs of the market and the dynamic growth of online sales, the company decided to enter the e-commerce market. In April 2022, the HIPPER.pl online shop for individual customers was launched.

Customer and supplier complaint management system

The goal of the project was to design and implement a modern solution for centralized electronic complaint handling available to all WRI stores. Integrating the new functionalities with the workflow system implemented in one of the projects for WRI was a key part of the project. The project was based on the transfer of the newly developed product complaint process by extending the Certusoft ERP system with the Certusoft Complaints module in addition to modules such as PIM, MWM (warehouse management mobile app), DMS and Connector (integrations with other software and external devices). The experience of the entire team and the use of Certusoft's proprietary platform contributed to the speed and efficiency of the implementation.

Mobile warehouse application to support the sales network

The warehouse application enables fast warehouse management without the use of paper documentation. Through integration with the company's ERP system, employees have instant information on the status of products. No matter where the product is located. Our solution completes the entire warehouse management and sales support system at all WRI locations.

Modern online store HIPPER.pl

The company WRI, meeting the needs of the market and the dynamic development of online sales, decided to enter the e-commerce market. The HIPPER.pl online store for individual customers was launched in April 2022. It's not just a convenient tool for online shopping. It's a whole IT ecosystem that combines the brick-and-mortar store with the new online branch. It has made the daily management of the online store, updating product information, efficient inventory management or order processing seamless. Not only in the context of the online store, but at the level of the entire company.
