More than 25 years of continuous development of Tryumf and the company's desire to enter the e-commerce market with its wide range of products, led to the natural need to build a web portal with the facilities to fully support it. The company delivers its products to customers in more than 40 countries around the world. Individual customers as well as companies, institutions, organizations, associations, foundations or sports clubs are interested in its products. Online sales are not the only element of success. The company's clients are also business partners who need additional functionality. Our solution includes the needs of the company, all groups of customers and partners. One portal ensures smooth collaboration for all participants. We are proud to say that we were able to meet all the requirements of this implementation.

Online store for business partners

Tryumf works with almost 300 business partners. The partners are both B2B customers and suppliers of products for the tryumf.com online store. When ordering medals, cups, trophies or statuettes, customers can choose a supplier to fulfill their order.

Product configurator for e-commerce

The PIM system prepared for Tryumf is more than a database of basic product information. Activity on the market of trophies, medals, and cups is connected with many sports events, conferences, business meetings, and various competitions. Every year the company offers its customers new collections of original designs prepared by the company's specialists. Such a wide field of activity and diversity of customers is an opportunity for large sales, but also a challenge. Product personalization plays a key role. Tryumf decided to commission us to create a dedicated tool that would allow products to be configured independently by both individual customers and business partners.
